- Move to a new device: Settings > Backup and transfer > Make a backup file. Send it by AirDrop or Files, then Restore from a backup file on the other device.
- Forgot the backup passphrase: it can't be recovered or reset by anyone. Make a new backup with a new passphrase while you still have the device.
- "Your notes are locked" screen: the device no longer has the key for these notes (for example after moving to a new device without a backup file). Restore from your backup file.
- Restore purchase: Settings > Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family Sharing works.
- Dictation unavailable: on-device recognition for that language isn't on this device. Type, or use the keyboard's dictation, which is run by Apple and may not stay on the device (check Settings > General > Keyboard).
