The short version: Quotiza doesn't collect any data. Your quotes, invoices, clients and prices never leave your device unless you share them.
What we collect
Nothing. Quotiza has no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting. We don't know who uses Quotiza, what you quote, or who your clients are.
Where your information goes
Nowhere. Writing quotes, invoices and receipts, keeping your client list and price list, importing a CSV price list, making PDFs and backups all happen on your iPhone or iPad. Quotiza makes no network connections of its own and works with no connection at all.
Something leaves the app only when you choose to send it: for example, when you share a PDF by WhatsApp, Mail or the share sheet, print it, export a CSV or save a backup file. Where it goes from there is up to you. Links in More from Cleanware open the App Store only when you tap them.
Permissions
Quotiza asks for each permission only when you first use the feature that needs it:

Your logo and client photos are picked with the system photo picker, files with the system file picker, and a client can be copied from Contacts with the system contact picker. Neither gives Quotiza access to your photo library or your contacts; Quotiza only gets the one photo or contact you pick.
Purchases
The one-time unlock is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment. Quotiza only receives confirmation from Apple, on your device, that the purchase is valid. We never see your name, email or payment details. Quotiza keeps a count of the documents you've created, on your device and in its Keychain, to apply the free limit. That count never leaves your device.
What Quotiza keeps on your device
All of this lives in the app's private storage, protected by the system's file protection:

Your documents are included in your normal iPhone or iPad backup, and nowhere else. A backup file you export yourself goes wherever you save it.
Children
Quotiza doesn't collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published here with a new effective date. Quotiza will never start collecting your data.
